This is a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager role based in Allen, TX and will be responsible for leading the launch and on-going technical marketing support of our client’s Enterprise Cyber Security products. Success is dependent on collaborative work with other departments within marketing (marketing automation, customer engagement, digital marketing, product management, product development and the sales teams. This marketing role requires strong, technical, creative and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the portfolio of products and translate technical details into user benefits
  • Using market dynamics, the competitive landscape and working with product management to develop positioning and messaging for the products that align with the company brand
  • Create marketing deliverables such as product demonstration video, technical solution briefs, datasheets, web copy, and deliver webinars to support product launch and on-going customer engagement programs
  • Work with other marketing functions (digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, PR/AR) to craft compelling messages and develop assets to engage prospects and install base customers.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to produce content including but not limited to customer presentations, quick reference guides, and sales playbooks to support selling efforts.  

Experience Required:

  • Have at least 5 years of proven technical experience in network management or cyber security technologies.
  • Have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in the Cybersecurity marketing or similar role.
  • Experience in market analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to manage, plan, and execute successful marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset, strong quantitative and organizational skills
  • Have completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
