Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager – Cyber

The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager owns multiple, fully integrated marketing campaigns. They drive the company’s internal project communications and process and report to the Senior Global Campaign Manager as a member of the company’s Global Corporate Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the day-to-day planning, production, and execution of highly effective global marketing campaigns (including but not limited to digital marketing, paid media, owned media, email, direct mail programs, webinars, events, account-based marketing, etc.) aligned to the buyers’ journey and optimized to meet regional needs.
  • Develop accurate and thorough project plans, schedules, documentation and specs as needed for multiple fully integrated campaigns/projects simultaneously.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals and expectations with internal team members, external partners, etc.
  • Collaborates with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners to develop briefs, campaign plans, creative assets, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborates across a matrix organization, working closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams in addition to the Global Corporate Marketing team.
  • Works directly with Media and Creative agency partners to ensure successful campaigns by identifying areas of creative or performance improvement and delivering on these optimization opportunities
  • Act as last set of eyes to QA all campaign creative and assets to ensure alignment with campaign objective, brand and product messaging, audience targeting, and brand guidelines.
  • Must listen, problem solve, and negotiate with internal and client stakeholders in order to produce the best work.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project Management function at an agency or internal marketing department/agency, with a focus on B2B technology marketing.
  • Excellent people and communication skills with an ability to adapt and communicate with all personality types. You need a strong comfort level with a fast pace of work. You must be the coolest head in the room.
  • Knowledge of online and traditional advertising, including media plans, briefs, specs and formats for banners.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in innovative ideas and best practices, with an emphasis on integrated marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing reporting, analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and able to dive into campaign data to figure out what is working and what isn’t.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

They provide the right tools, through innovative technology, and over 40 POS (Point of Sale) integrations, to restaurant and convenience store operators to facilitate Loyalty, CRM, and Delivery Gift platforms.

The Kind of stuff You’ll be doing:

  • Identify and implement robust methods to attract new prospects by leveraging multiple marketing channels (website, webinars, digital ads, blog, newsletter) to drive qualified leads, brainstorm & implement experiments, and stay up to date on each channel’s best practices
  • Develop and implement high-performing digital advertising strategies and campaigns through search, behavioral advertising and with media partners. Collaborate with internal teams for content and materials, work with agency partners to develop ad copy, landing pages, and offers. Help your team to plan, execute, and report on all self-serve digital ad campaigns.
  • Drive sales revenue by converting new prospects to qualified leads. Build out comprehensive nurture campaigns to support every stage of the conversion process.
  • Analyze the data concerning marketing funnels, report on time-to-close, CPL, CAC, LTV, and payback periods. Create a multi-touch attribution model to measure the value of channels that touch prospects at different stages of the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Close Team to ensure demand plans meet or exceed each team’s expectations, and that the teams are appropriately prepared to participate in and follow-up on demand initiatives to drive to conversion.
  • Direct website content improvements and development to optimize for competitive positioning, best practices in organic and paid search, and form conversions.
  • Investigate and experiment with new marketing channels such as podcasts, review sites, newsletters, and more – let’s try some new ideas and measure their success!
  • Lead a high-performing team with strong engagement and purpose

The kind of stuff you’ll need:

  • A creative and analytical mindset who applies a ‘test and learn’ principle to all campaigns
  • Extensive experience working with key B2B demand generation channels including digital advertising, social media, email, webinars, retargeting, etc.
  • Expert-level experience using Pardot, Salesforce, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn to create and measure campaigns.
  • Experience with website optimization.
  • 8+ years of SaaS and/or high-growth leadership experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience building and leading demand generation efforts
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to flex into responsibilities outside of role to support business growth
  • An eye for detail, high-quality workmanship
  • Experience in the restaurant or convenience store industry is a plus.

Our client, a rapidly growing biopharma consultancy, has an opening for an Engagement Manager / Assoc. Principle. In this role, you will play a critical role in client management, project delivery, and team development. In this role you will contribute to the overall success of each engagement through project design, management and delivery. Your ability to understand client needs and design and execute on a project plan will be critical, as will your ability to direct senior consultants, consultants, and analysts. 

You should have 4+ years of consulting experience, an MBA/PhD, and project management, client management, and team management experience.

Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise Cybersecurity

This is a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager role based in Allen, TX and will be responsible for leading the launch and on-going technical marketing support of our client’s Enterprise Cyber Security products. Success is dependent on collaborative work with other departments within marketing (marketing automation, customer engagement, digital marketing, product management, product development and the sales teams. This marketing role requires strong, technical, creative and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the portfolio of products and translate technical details into user benefits
  • Using market dynamics, the competitive landscape and working with product management to develop positioning and messaging for the products that align with the company brand
  • Create marketing deliverables such as product demonstration video, technical solution briefs, datasheets, web copy, and deliver webinars to support product launch and on-going customer engagement programs
  • Work with other marketing functions (digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, PR/AR) to craft compelling messages and develop assets to engage prospects and install base customers.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to produce content including but not limited to customer presentations, quick reference guides, and sales playbooks to support selling efforts.  

Experience Required:

  • Have at least 5 years of proven technical experience in network management or cyber security technologies.

Director, SaaS Marketing Programs

This newly created position will be responsible for leading the overall demand generation programs and product led growth. Working cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, customer success and sales, the Director, SaaS Marketing Programs will drive the strategy for achieving rapid growth expectations as our client expands their market. In this role, you will work closely with (and through) other marketing team members spanning online advertising, social media, events & field marketing to implement and track programs you design.

The nature of this position demands strong collaborative & communication skills to effectively lead the functional teams and individual contributors responsible for each of the areas necessary to achieve the growth targets. The ideal candidate brings a healthy mix of digital marketing expertise and technical understanding of the impact of user experience on the buyer journey.  This candidate will need to be well versed in analytics tools to ensure and maintain accurate measurement & reporting. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Go-to-Market, with significant visibility across the executive management team.

  • 8+ years’ experience leading end-to-end campaign marketing strategies for enterprise software solutions
  • Minimum 2 years marketing of SaaS solutions into the enterprise market demonstrating significant growth
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, or related experience with technical degree.
