Our client, a leading brand experience agency serving Fortune 1000 B2B and Pharma companies, is seeking an experienced and insightful Senior Account Manager to join their Health Division. This specialty team focuses on Content Marketing and Strategy, with a key emphasis on Patient Retention and Adherence. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring flawless execution across strategy, creative, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep client relationships, driving loyalty and identifying organic growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage agency and client priorities through dynamic changes
- Oversee account operations, including forecasting, contracts, budgets, and revenue expectations
- Deliver proactive, strategic insights that align with the client’s business objectives
- Ensure financial management and profitability for both the client and the agency
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency environment, with a preference for those with pharma experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a collaborative mindset
